How are we prepared?
When an engineer visits a property, they take additional precautions and are following the strict advice of the health authorities to minimise any risks. This includes hand-washing before and after the appointment, and work spaces will always be cleaned once they have completed a task. All our engineers are carrying essential cleaning supplies and gloves. They’ll also protect you and your family by keeping a safe distance at all times.
If you have any concerns, then please let us know so that we can address this and take any further precautions.
How can you help us keep safe?
To protect our staff we ask that you also take precautions. If you have any symptoms then please let us know. We also ask that you stand at least 2 meters away from the engineer and abide by the advice of the health authorities.
What happens if you have an appointment booked already?
We’ll only reschedule appointments if it’s unavoidable and we will contact you to let you know in advance. So if you don’t hear from us, you can assume your appointment will go ahead as planned. We’ll prioritise emergency cases and our most vulnerable customers.
