The information you provide will not be seen by the engineer or customer care team, it will go directly to a senior manager (the MD). All feedback will be actioned appropriately and used to ensure any issues are resolved, and that our service always continues improve.

Where we are unable to resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
