Renewable Energy in Homes
It is completely possible to have renewable energy in homes to reduce carbon emissions, save on energy bills and receive generous cash returns. Check out an article in the Daily Mail which demonstrates how a couple from Somerset built an Eco House from Solar PV, Solar Thermal, Insulation, a Wood burner and recycling water. Mr and Mrs Willcox receive a reported cash return of £1500 for being green, this covers the cost of energy bills and gives them a profit of about £700 a year. Heppelthwaite the Red Van Plumbers are an installer of Renewable Energy in homes across a large part of South East England (From High Wycombe to Reigate, Reading to Watford – check out the areas we cover), we have many customers benefiting from the Renewable Heat Incentive.

What is Renewable Energy?
Renewable energy is energy from a source that is not depleted when used, such as wind or solar power (a fossil fuel such as oil or gas can not be reused after it is burnt so therefore is not a renewable energy). There are many different options from one off installations for domestic homes and commercial buildings, to huge development projects using multiple renewable energy solutions such as the below list
