TrustMark is a Government endorsed quality scheme covering home improvement work. Registration confirms that our work meets independently assessed standards and that we operate in a professional, accountable way. It gives homeowners a straightforward way to identify tradespeople they can rely on.
Gas Safe
All gas work in the UK must legally be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Every member of our team who works on gas appliances is fully registered. This applies to boiler installations, annual servicing and any repair work. It is a legal requirement, not an optional extra, and it protects your home, your family and your heating system.
MCS
MCS certification is required for any company installing renewable heating or energy systems. It confirms that installations meet performance and efficiency standards set by the industry. It is also a condition of accessing government-backed incentives including the Boiler Upgrade Scheme.
OFTEC
OFTEC registration confirms our engineers are qualified to install and service oil heating systems. It covers safe handling of oil appliances and compliance with UK regulations – particularly relevant for off-grid properties that cannot connect to mains gas.
RECC Member
The Renewable Energy Consumer Code sets consumer protection standards for companies selling and installing domestic renewable energy systems. As members, we follow a clear code of practice covering sales, contracts, installation and aftercare. It gives you defined rights and a route to resolution if anything falls short.
Worcester Bosch
Worcester Platinum Accredited installers specialise in the installation or Worcester products and can offer extended warranties on boilers. Only installers of an elite standard are approved as a Worcester Bosch Platinum Accredited Installer and can offer an 10 year+ Guarantee on new Boiler Installations.
REFCOM Certified
Heppelthwaite holds FGas certification issued by Refcom, confirming our engineers are qualified to work on air conditioning and heat pump equipment containing fluorinated greenhouse gases. This certification is a legal requirement for any company handling F-Gas refrigerants in the UK.
NICEIC Approved
Heppelthwaite is NICEIC approved for the supply, design, installation and commissioning of microgeneration systems, including solar PV, heat pumps and biomass. NICEIC certification confirms our work meets the MCS standards required for renewable energy installations in the UK.
