Can I change or cancel my appointment?

Yes. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Providing notice helps us reallocate appointments efficiently.

Do you offer appointments outside normal working hours?

Planned work is usually carried out during standard working hours. Availability outside these times depends on the type of work and current schedules.

Pricing & Payments

How does your pricing work?

Pricing depends on the type of work required. We offer fixed prices for standard services such as boiler servicing and gas safety certificates. For larger or planned jobs, we provide clear, written quotes before any work begins. Smaller repairs are charged based on time and parts used, with rates explained upfront.

For our customers total peace of mind, payment is taken once the work has been completed. Customers will receive an invoice and won’t be asked to pay cash or payment on the today. Payment arrangements will be explained before any work starts.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a range of payment methods, including card payments and bank transfers. Payment details are confirmed at the time of booking or invoicing.

Are there different rates for urgent work?

Urgent or priority work is not charged differently to planned appointments. All our pricing, including our hourly rates are listed on the Pricing page. If it is an emergency, we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible but we don’t charge you extra!

Emergency Services

What is classed as an emergency?

An emergency is an issue that poses a risk to safety or could cause serious damage if not addressed promptly, such as major leaks or loss of essential services. Emergencies include, burst pipes causing flooding, gas leaks, no heating in winter, boiler breakdowns, severely blocked drains, or water supply failures.

How quickly can you respond to emergencies?

Response times depend on availability. Urgent issues are prioritised, and we aim to attend as quickly as possible. As a guide we aim for 1-2 hour response. However, in most cases we can be there sooner.

Times vary during peak periods such as the winter months. Gas leaks get absolute priority.
