GRAVITY GRAND PRIX 2022

For a third year Heppelthwaite the Red Van Plumbers are supporting the Gravity Grand Prix as headline sponsor. The downhill karting event will take place on Sunday 11th September 2022, and kicks off from midday.

The yearly fund raising event has taken place in the Village of Cookham Dean, Berkshire since 2007. The event has become very popular attracting over 2,000 spectators who come to experience the thrill and spectacle of the day. Subsequently, the Gravity Grand Prix has raised over £170,000 for our designated charity, the Thames Valley Air Ambulance and other local causes.

Our New Kart

At past events we have participated with our mini-Red Van replica. Although we didn’t break any land speed records, the kart was fun and provided plently of laughs.

However, this year we have something new. The Red Van Plumbers team (well Andy), has been working hard on this years entry. The kart for the Gravity Grand Prix 2022 is a fun themed plumbing and heating kart.

Rubber Duck Competition

Our kart will be followed by our team throwing out little yellow rubber ducks. On these ducks will have a QR code. Simply scan the QR code to reveal what prize you have won.

Prizes include:

1. Three nights at a Holiday Cottage in the Cotswolds for up to 6 guests
2. £300 Plumbing and Heating Services voucher from The Red Van Plumbers
3. One £200 love to shop voucher
4. Four x £50 Love to shop vouchers
