About the role : –

Heppelthwaite is a long established, family run plumbing and heating business, providing a wide range of services to a diverse client base.

We are presently seeking an Installations Manager to work alongside our Operations Director

The role will manage projects from end to end, estimating and negotiating works with clients, as well as organising and delivering installations.

This will include visiting clients to assess their needs and produce quotations. Negotiating and agreeing contracts. Planning projects, organising materials and arranging installation teams. Monitoring installations and ensuring quality of workmanship. Finally invoicing clients on successful completion.

There will be admin support provided and the role would work closely with other departments throughout the business.

As a new position in the business, the role is to be developed by the individual, with support from senior management, with the aim to further improve the service to our customers and provide capacity to grow and expand our business.

Experience & Qualifications: –

A background in the industry and technical understanding of Plumbing and Heating systems and installations is essential.

Would be suitable for someone with experience in a similar position or someone wishing to move from working on the tools into a management position.

May also suit a candidate with a strong sales background, as long as they also had the technical understanding.

Benefits: –

Salary and Package negotiable dependent on experience

• Full time, permanent position, 8-5 Monday to Friday
