Bathroom Design Support That Works Around You
Not every customer starts a bathroom project in the same place.
You may already know exactly what you want. You might have found a suite online, visited a showroom or have plans ready to go. Alternatively, you may have a bathroom that needs updating but are unsure how to make the most of the space.
The Red Van Plumbers can work with you at whichever stage your project has reached. Our role is to help make sure the bathroom works practically as well as visually. We consider the available space, plumbing requirements, sanitaryware and how the room will be used before installation begins.
Already Have a Bathroom Design?
If you already have a bathroom design, plans or a list of products you would like to use, we can work from those.
Our team can review your ideas, measure the room where needed and consider the practical requirements for installation. This includes checking the proposed positions of the bath, shower, toilet and basin, along with the existing water supplies, waste pipework and available space.
If changes are needed to make the design practical, we discuss the options with you before any work begins. You stay in control of the look and products you want, while our team makes sure the design can be installed properly.
Need Help Planning Your New Bathroom?
You do not need a finished design before contacting us.
If you are still working out what you want, we can help you review the options and develop a practical plan for the room. This may include looking at different bathroom layouts, baths and shower enclosures, toilets and basins, taps and sanitaryware, heated towel rails, storage, accessibility requirements and the existing and proposed pipework.
You may already have products in mind from an online supplier, bathroom showroom or high street retailer. We can help you consider how those products could work within your bathroom before you commit to anything.
Full Bathroom Design and Quote
For customers who want more hands-on help, our team can visit the property, measure the available space and work through the options with you.
We discuss your requirements, consider what is practical given the room and the existing plumbing, and then provide a clear quotation for the work involved. Every bathroom is different, so the design and quotation are based on your property and what you want to achieve rather than a fixed package.
Our bathroom design support is practical and plumbing-led. We focus on creating a layout that works with the room, the existing services and the way you want to use the bathroom.
Sanitaryware Supplied by Us or by You
Our bathroom service is flexible.
The Red Van Plumbers can supply the sanitaryware required for your new bathroom as part of the project. However, you may already have chosen your preferred products or want to source them yourself. We can work with customer-supplied sanitaryware where appropriate.
If you are planning to purchase products yourself, speak to our team before ordering. We can help check that the sizes and specifications are suitable for the proposed design and installation.
Practical Bathroom Planning
A bathroom can look exactly right on paper but still cause problems if the practical details have not been considered.
Our plumbing experience means we think about the parts behind the finished bathroom as well as the visible ones. Water supplies, waste connections, heating and the practical positioning of fittings all need to work together.
This matters particularly if you want to change the existing layout. Moving a toilet, basin, bath or shower can require alterations to the pipework. We assess what is practical before recommending a solution.
