To supply and fit the following Grant Aerona 3 Air Source Heat Pump and components. The design was supplied with full property heat loss calculations and Btu/kw values for all rooms in the property, ensuring the full compliance for MCS certification.

Quality Installation
Our design team allowed for all the associated pipework for the connection and fitting of the Grant external unit, cylinder, valves, pumps and volumiser/buffer tank. To supply and fit isolation for hot and cold supplies adjacent to the new cylinder. As well as all pipework to be lagged and clipped where required.
The external Grant unit was floor mounted. Furthermore, the base and drain was supplied and fitted by us.
The electrical mains supplies were provided and installed for the external unit, immersion heater and Grant control panel. A meter was fitted, which is to comply to MCS standards.
The client had Stelrad compact radiators installed, with centre thermostatic radiator valves and lockshield valves. All radiators were sized in accordance with the compliance certificate design. New radiators had been installed in similar locations to the existing radiators.
All Grant control wiring was carried out by us. The client had a new programmer, zone valves and room stats.
The Grant external unit was located as close as practical to the property and the existing heat source.
Upon completion, the system was commissioned, registered with MCS and building control compliance. Handover was performed with system controls induction.
As a Grant accredited installer, all Grant equipment comes with a 7 Year warranty.
The installation was completed as planned and the client is extremely satisfied with the design, install and service.
